My name is Naveed if you have not already gathered that from above. I am currently a second year student studying a BSC (Honours) Business and IT Degree at the brilliant Birmingham City University. My obsession for the latest hi-tech gadgets combined with the ever growing demand for technology, makes this course ideal for me. Everything I have achieved so far in life is because I have worked hard for it, hard graft always pays off. Not only am I in full time education, I am also working part time as an assistant manager at the family takeaway. By striking a balance between full time education and working part time, has allowed me the chance to develop my excellent customer service, organisational, managerial and time management skills.

My role was an office junior helping in assisting with paperwork and filing relevant documents for references. Also assisted in mail including letters to customers that needed to be sent out, which included handling sensitive material

My role was assisting developing a website for a client, including knowing what their needs and requirements were for the website.

This is my current job, acting as assistant manager. My job involves managing a team of twelve people including Chefs, drivers and casual staff and also taking customer orders and payments whilst dealing with customer queries.
