Naveed Hameed a multi skilled, 26 years, young human rights Peace activist, Script Writer, Documentary Film Maker, media and communication professional having over 6 years of experience in media and development sector particularly experience of working with different NGO’s by using media as a tool for social empowerment.
He has started his career as a Script Writer with PTV (Pakistan National Television) in two Plays “Qurbani Rang Lati Hai” and “Malap” and wrote one Radio Play for Radio VERITAS in 2008. After getting experience and exposure of National TV Naveed Hameed has started his Productions 24 Nov 2009.
He has produced 14 Documentaries and 3 Short Films on different Social and Educational issues most of the Documentaries has won different National Documentary Film Festivals and also screen in overseas Film Festival. http://vimeo.com/user15681038/videos
Currently working on Education sector as Founding Director of SHEDO: is a Non Government, Charitable, Social Organization, formed by a group of likeminded, elite professionals and academicians from various segments of society. Working for Orphan and Poor Children special foucus on Girls Education.
