I am the owner of Get-Fit Get-Focus also work as a Marketing Manager with private Sports Company, where I work, eat, drink, play and enjoy my work. My passion is working with physical fitness issues that affect lots of people. I'm also personal trainer based in Karachi, Pakistan. I offer private training in my own studio (Getfit Getfocus), in your home, or even on the road. Each personal training program is designed specifically for your own unique needs and wants. It is never boring and very results driven. The goal is to have a blast, while also achieving amazing results.
