Having worked in managerial positions within marketing agencies, he has developed expertise in performance marketing, digital strategy, content marketing, brand communications, and digital marketing consultancy across a wide range of industries and business sectors.

Beyond his professional career in marketing, Naveed is a Human Rights Activist and the founder and leader of YAM (Young Activists Movement), a youth-led development, human rights, and charitable organization based in Gilgit-Baltistan. Originally from Hunza, he is passionate about community development, youth empowerment, mental health awareness, and social advocacy.

Naveed has also conducted research and developed case studies on digital presence, advertising strategies, and brand communications, analyzing globally recognized brands such as Coca-Cola and Costa Coffee, as well as topics related to political and human rights issues.
