Hello, everyone!
My name is Naveen M. I live in Chintamani, Chikkaballapur District. I completed my M.Com in Accounting and Taxation from MS Ramaiah College, Bengaluru.
Right now, I work at Accenture as a Procure to Pay New Associate.
I worked as an Associate Recruiter at VARITE INC in Bengaluru for 6 months.
I also worked at Amazon Transportation Pvt. Ltd as a Station Support Associate for 1 year and 3 months.
My hobbies are trekking, traveling, and photography. I once trekked a mountain over 6,000 feet high during the monsoon. I love exploring new places and have traveled across India.
Since I was born, I have had hearing problems. It was hard to understand what people were saying. I learned to read lips, which helped me speak slowly with Kannada and English and understand better. My parents and Teachers supported me a lot. They put me in a Rotary school where I improved my communication. Later, I joined a regular school in my hometown with the help of my mother.
I did my pre-university at Vivekananda PU College and got good marks. With help from friends, I finished both my B.Com and M.Com. I learned English by myself using Google and translation apps.
Getting a job at Accenture was my dream. I failed the assessment four times because it was hard and I had a backlog in B.Com. Then I decided to do M.Com and cleared it on time. I joined WVF for training and got a job at VARITE INC.
On my fifth try, I finally cleared the Accenture and joined in October 2024. I kept trying and never gave up.
Never give up. Keep trying. Stay strong. You can do it.
