How I operate?

Once I have my heart into a new idea or concept, I begin to undertake my own research, I go all out and visualize the positioning, market acceptance, customer perception for it

Moving along, I develop the brand and create efficient systems, establish processes and hire competent and high performing teams (staff members)

I do all of the above with a clear EXIT Plan (Strategy) in mind

I make small and achievable mile stones, monitor the progress and fine tune the plan to achieve desired results for partners and other stakeholders, who are involved in the process

I provide initial seed capital, collaborate with other like minded investors and bring initial investments on table along with working capital

Primarily I don't build business or products - "I build relationships" with employees, clients, suppliers and everyone that company may deal with on a daily basis

I like to Maintain and Keep clean records all the time
