MY POINT-OF-VIEW:
This is not so much a Biography as it is my Point-Of-View about Photography. I believe that a Photographer's Point-Of-View is what makes their work unique, and then that is how the work speaks to an audience. In addition, the photographic work must be created with care, done skillfully, and present itself in a way that is interesting.

ABSTRACT EXPRESSIONISM PHOTOGRAPHY:
I am an Abstract Expressionism Photographer.
I am greatly influenced not so much by other photographers, but by the Masters of Abstract Expressionism Painters: Much of my inspiration comes from my facination with the works of Jackson Pollock, Mark Rothko, and Piet Mondrian. You can see my love for Abstract Expressionism in my artworks, for example, those exhibited in my gallery at FineArt America.

SCI-FI LANDSCAPES:
I also design and photograph Sci-Fi Landscapes. These are mixed-media artworks, which the final product is a photograph. Many of my works of this style can be seen at my Imagekind Sales Gallery, in the series titled: Off World - Alien Landscapes.

HEAD-SHOTS & PORTRAITURE:
I love creating a great catch-light in a subject's eyes.
I always do my best to be prepared for the work ahead of me. Most of all...I just want to be taking better photographs each time I pick up my camera. You can see a lot of my Portraiture at my Photography Blog - "Behind the Lens."

MY GENERAL PHILOSOPHY ABOUT PHOTOGRAPHY:
I always wish to remember that there are surprises around every corner with photography, and...what worked last time, may not work (or may not work as well) the next time around. Thus, Be Prepared for Everything - And, the Devil really is In The Details!
