Alongside a robust career as an entrepreneur working with startups, Nawid Habib is also a skilled real estate professional, specializing in renovations and rebuilds.

Nawid Habib first got into the real estate industry through his younger brother, who had successfully opened his own real estate and property development business, was gaining traction in the market, and beginning to make progress. In 2019, Nawid partnered with his brother to help him scale the business and - in the ensuing six months - had helped the business grow tenfold through a complete restructuring of his brother’s business. He helped him build sister companies to take care of various niche work and cover things like kitchen and bathroom installations, roof replacements, building extensions, and more while the main business focused on total home renovations.

Now, the business delivers end-to-end service from the conception to completion. Nawid Habib and his brother work with a team of highly skilled architects, builders, project managers, and

more to ensure that each project is completed in a timely manner and to the highest quality.
