Hi. I’m Nayantara Nambiar and I’m a certified Speech Pathologist. I’m a graduate of two reputed Universities from 2 different countries.

My work experience is diverse

. Geographically: Chennai (multicultural metropolitan city) to Port Augusta (remote South Australian town)
. Settings: Early Intervention centre, Rehabilitation centre, Hospital, Schools and Kindergartens and private multidisciplinary clinic
. People: All age groups

My communication skills and ease in building a rapport translates to effective professional relationships with my clients, their families and other professionals.

Having worked on research projects in the area of Cleft lip and palate, Dysphagia and Voice disorders, instilled in me the idea of evidence-based practice and equipped me with the skills of collection and analysis of data and clinical reasoning.

I value staying informed about the latest updates in the field and so attending seminars and courses is my way of keeping the learning constant.

Passionate about the Speech Pathology profession, I write and share videos to create awareness and advocate for people with communication problems.

My other work experience as a tutor and a student ambassador developed my presentation, teaching and management skills.
