Naymon Frank has worked with Tesla in Los Angeles, California, as a sales manager for more than two years, helping to encourage motorists to choose sustainable energy. As a sales manager, he has excelled, bringing in millions of dollars in monthly revenue and coming in at number one in his region and top five in North America. Naymon Frank also helps to develop the company's pool of sales talent, and has helped more than 25 employees cultivate their sales skills. Many of these employees have successfully moved into sales roles with the company.

During his spare time, Naymon Frank enjoys a mix of physical and creative hobbies. He finds creative fulfillment through acting, writing fiction and nonfiction, as well as podcasting. He has also appeared in several commercials, music videos, and other productions. He was part of his high school football and track teams, and was briefly brought into camp by an NFL team, but pulled a hamstring before he could pursue things further. However, he continues to enjoy deadlifting, training, and outdoorsmanship, and is an advocate for victims of head trauma in sports.
