Currently serving as a clinical pharmacist, Nazanin Rezvan is a competent medical professional with diverse skills. Ms. Rezvan holds membership in some of her profession's most recognized organizations, including the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and the Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP). Certified in CPR, Nazanin Rezvan's expertise includes performing chemotherapy, TPN, renal dosing, vancomycin dosing, and IV to PO conversion.
Prior to her present position, Nazanin Rezvan worked as a Pharmacist at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, California. Nazanin Rezvan was responsible for monitoring patients, verifying prescriptions, and manning order entries. Ms. Rezvan was also in charge of monitoring dosages for pediatric drugs during this time. Before her career in California, Nazanin Rezvan served on the rotation of a number of hospitals and pharmacies in the state of Nevada.
A graduate of the University of Southern Nevada College of Pharmacy, Nazanin Rezvan has served on the staff of the Montevista Hospital and St. Rose Dominican Hospitals, in addition to her role as an Intern Pharmacist at Sav-On Drugs in Las Vegas. Nazanin Rezvan holds pharmacist licenses in both the state of California and the state of Nevada.
