Nicole Bassuk-Darwazeh aka ChefNickChick has been making and offering up her amazing kosher creations for many years. She grew up in Manhattan, NYC a privileged lifestyle on Central Park West and 94th, this uptown girl has rubbed elbows and catered events for many well known celebrities in the Northeast. A south Floridian implant since the 90s, she brings her kosher essence to you as a Personal Chef and Catering expert. She single handed grew a successful catering business in Fairfield County in CT by creating and selling gourmet cheesecakes (way before Cheesecake Factory was around). By creating word of mouth by giving out free samples of her amazing and creamy crazy cheesecake combinations, word spread fast! When the cheesecake orders started to overcome customers started to request more from Chef Nicole on the catering side. So The Cheesecake Lady was born into a small boutique catering company in the mid-80's. She catered personal parties to theme parties and dinner events for celebrities and local politicians, including ex-boss Donald J. Trump in Greenwich, CT. After years of great success a relocation to South Florida called her where she opened her own small bistro in Coral Gables off Miracle Mile and Coral Way called "The RED Sea" a small and unpretentious place that sat a mere 10 tables with a dessert bar. After decades away from the business after raising her son, Chef Nicole aka Chef NickChick returns to the South FL market offering herself as a Personal Chef while she writes her journal/cookbook set to be published late 2018.
