Nevaughnda Crooks

Atlanta, Georgia, United States

My Caribbean background combined with extensive study abroad experience has given me the unique outlook on equality and global interaction as two sides of the same coin. My Alma Mater, Spelman College, has taught me the importance of bettering the lives of those around me. Through my travels and interactions with people from around the world I seek to be globally competent all while being a US ambassador . Following my graduation - May 17, 2015 with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Writing, I aspire to influence legislation for the sake of equality and fairness. Prior to applying for law school, I have committed myself to a year of service with AmeriCorps to build community capacity in order to alleviate poverty.
