Hey, I’m Ndamale. Am a Research Consultant, Data Analyst, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist helping organizations turn data into meaningful decisions.

I work with clients across East Africa and globally to design research, track performance, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that improve programs and outcomes.

With hands-on experience in both quantitative and qualitative methods, I support the full research lifecycle—from study design and tool development to data analysis (SPSS, STATA, NVivo) and reporting. I’ve collaborated with leading universities in Uganda and partnered on international projects across Africa, Europe, and Asia.

As a Data Analyst, I specialize in transforming raw data into powerful dashboards, reports, and visual stories using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, KoboToolbox, DHIS2, SPSS, and STATA—always with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and impact.

In Monitoring & Evaluation, I design and implement results-based frameworks, including logframes, KPIs, and theories of change. I support baseline, midline, endline, and impact evaluations, while using storytelling and visualization to communicate insights that drive better decisions.
