NDAMI CHECK BRANDON ANUNG – Telecommunications & Network Engineer

I am a final‑year Master of Technology (M‑Tech) student in Telecommunications and Networks with a Bachelor of Technology (B‑Tech) in Electrical Technology (Second Class Upper Division) from the University of Buea, College of Technology.

I specialize in telecom infrastructure deployment, network configuration, and electrical systems. My field expertise includes fiber optic fusion splicing, satellite dish installation, solar power systems, structured cabling, and network device configuration (routers, switches, modems, and IP cameras).

Professionally, I have worked as an IT Engineer at SWECOM Buea, where I manage and maintain network infrastructure, troubleshoot ICT systems, and provide client‑focused technical solutions. My internships at CAMTEL and SWECOM gave me valuable field experience in telecommunications systems installation, maintenance, and optimization.

I am currently researching “Design and Implementation of an Intelligent Rural Internet Distribution Architecture Using Starlink Satellite Backhaul with SDN‑Based Local Access Network Management”, aimed at improving rural broadband connectivity in Cameroon.
