I was born in Accra, Ghana and had my formal training in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, (KNUST). I started writing seriously in 1993 in sixth form and had a number of short stories published in the Mirror and the Spectator. In 1997, I won the first prize in the Step Magazine National Story Writing Competition. I am the author of Excursions in My Mind, Through the Gates of Thought, Tales from Different Tails and I Speak of Ghana.
