I am father to three fantastic children, husband to a woman who not only inspires me with her compassion and consideration, but also for her sheer will to achieve the things she wants to achieve.

Life is not measured by the crap you accumulate, but is measured by the morality in which you live it. Religious jargon, political jargon, it's all just dressing people. It's taken me nearly 40 years to find the person I am meant to be, and that is me.

We are not meant to be Christians, Buddhists, Muslims, Democrats, Republicans or whatever else you want to call yourself. Putting yourself in a box does just that, it shuts you out from the things around you. It forces you to look at the world through the lens of that label, and the information that you see and observe is filtered through that same label. I'm not going to tell you to love everyone and that's going to solve the worlds problem, cause to be honest, that's not easy and quite possibly- not attainable. What I will tell you, is these labels and monikers we add to ourselves just brings us farther and farther away from our own humanity.

Living life in a moral and ethical manner, choosing reason over faith, fact over fiction, that's where it's at... Jack!
