Hello, I am Noluthando Dhludhlu an aspiring teacher with a passion for inclusive education majoring in Accounting (I chose Accounting because I find joy in working with numbers) and Addressing Neurodevelopmental Learning Needs. Throughout my educational journey especially from the beginning of pursuing this degree, I have consistently held a strong belief that learners are never the problem instead, it is the responsibility of the teacher to adapt and tailor classroom environments and lesson delivery to meet the diverse needs of every learner.
My teaching philosophy revolves around two principles that guide my approach in the classroom. First, I strongly believe in individualized learning, recognizing that every learner has unique strengths and challenges. I strive to adapt my teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, ensuring that each learner receives the support they need to succeed. Secondly, I am a firm believer in the power of a growth mindset. I strive to create a positive and nurturing classroom environment where mistakes are viewed as opportunities for growth and challenges as steppingstones to success. By cultivating resilience and a positive attitude towards learning, I aim to build my learners' confidence and self-belief.
