Nathan is the Broker and Owner of Keller Williams Coastal Realty. He was born in New Hampshire and continues to live in the Seacoast with his family. Nate spends summers on Lake Winnipesaukee. Therefore he has extensive knowledge of the areas around the Lakes region to the ocean. He does it all. Nate has been investing and working in real estate since the age of 19 when he purchased his first mulit-family. His interest with real estate centers on strong relationships with his clients and with unique properties.
Nate is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the states of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. His focus is on client-centered service, managing transactions, and sales of properties from the seacoast to the Lakes. Stimulating active competition and facilitating closings is a proven strength.
