Greetings, I am Ndileka Zililo a student at the University of Johannesburg. I am a young enthusiastic novice teacher that aims in opening doors for learners in rural areas of the Eastern Cape. The central purpose in my classroom is to create independent and critical individuals, who do not merely accept what they are told. I use cooking and writing as a form of meditation and this is where my greatest ideas for lesson plans are shaped and formed. IsiXhosa as both a language and a culture has influenced a great majority of my beliefs and values that I live my life by.
