Fred was born16 km North of Kampala- Uganda in East Africa. He was grew up in Uganda's industrial town (Jinja) among a mix of Uganda’s lower middle working class where got his first lessons on ‘life at the bottom of the pyramid’. This developed into a passion to help others out of poverty in working life.
Fred attended Busoga college, Makerere University, College of Proffessional studies(UK), Uganda Martyrs University, Uganda Institute of bankers and Frankfurt School. He has worked and consulted in areas of Retail banking, Microfinance, Business development for Small to medium size enterprises, Mobile financial services and financial literacy. Fred loves nature and spends a lot of time on the farm. He also does both business and creative writing.
