Neale Hadwick

Raised in Coventry, Neale Hadwick started his profession as a driving trainer in 2010.

I studied and became a Franchised Driving instructor after passing my training. I am a fully qualified as a DSA Approved Manual Driving Instructor (DSA ADI) and registered to give Pass Plus training and certification.

Just after six months & becoming fully certified I felt that it was the perfect time to start up and operate an independent Driving School. That is when I decided that the SmartLearner Driving School was for me and I have been a manual driving instructor with them since then.

I've trained pupils of various age groups (between 17 and 66) and strongly consider that every single person has an ability for understanding how to drive. Each person is unique and the number of drivers training necessary can vary significantly. I take great pride in myself upon making sure my driving lessons are suitable for each learner's individual requirements whilst taking into consideration all learning abilities and styles.
