Neal Foster is the vice president of product management for Xfinity Home, the total home security and automation solution from Comcast. He is responsible for strategy and the portfolio of connected services that help households leverage the Xfinity Home platform to obtain peace of mind, improve lifestyles and drive efficiencies to save money.

Neal spent the last 20 years of his career focused on building businesses around consumer experiences that utilize technology to enrich life. He has experience in the Internet of Things (IoT), software and mobile industry, where he continues to bring new, innovative products and businesses to life.

Often acting as intrapreneur, Neal is inspired by user-focused design, instigating greatness through strategic planning and excellent execution. Creative in approach, not afraid to get his hands dirty, Neal loves to surround himself by those that want to win. He has launched numerous products, managed them from cradle to grave, forged complex business partnerships, and has built high impact cross-functional teams from scratch.
