Leveraging over 30 years of commercial banking experience, Neal Searle serves as Managing Director of Creative Asset Strategies, where he assists startup and multi-million dollar companies with strategic planning, loan placement, mergers & acquisitions and financial analysis. Prior to focusing his efforts solely on business consulting, Neal Searle held a variety of executive roles with Michigan-based banks, including founding President and CEO of the Bank of Auburn Hills, which he created and lead from 2004 to 2010. During this time, he specialized in commercial real estate and small business lending and the firm accrued over $80 million in assets.

In conjunction with his role as president of the Bank of Auburn Hills, Neal Searle served as chairman of the Auburn Hills Chamber of Commerce and was a charter member of the Lake Orion Sunrise Rotary Club. Additionally, he guided the bank in supporting a number of achievement programs at local schools.

Mr. Searle spent the first 18 years of his career working for Michigan National Bank (aka Standard Federal Bank and LaSalle Bank). In his last two years with the company, he served as first vice president of Midwest Business Banking, where he and a group of senior leaders managed the financial service needs of clients with up to $10 million in annual revenue. He also held titles such as Director of Business Financial Services, City President, Senior Lender, and Commercial Lender. He earned a Bachelor's in Finance from Western Michigan University and has completed numerous advanced leadership programs, including Worldwide Transformational Leadership and Leading Change Worldwide.
