Alexey Nechaev

Alexey Nechaev brings over a decade of international governance, executive management, direct investment and restructuring experience, working across multiple geographies and jurisdictions, with a significant focus on special situations projects. He has held board, management and interim roles with businesses, delivering results for healthy, stressed and distressed companies in a variety of situations, ranging from strategic change periods, to shareholder conflicts, corporate raid defences, comprehensive workouts, financial and operational restructurings. Throughout his career, Mr. Nechaev managed 10 million to multibillion USD restructuring engagements, with different levels of operational involvement, and allocated billions USD of capital across different parts of company capital structure on behalf of institutional and private investment firms.

Mr. Nechaev was educated at the London School of Economics and Political Science, obtaining multiple degrees with the highest standing and a range of academic awards. He holds a number of professional certifications, and, seeking to continuously remain with the front runners among international investment and governance executives, continues to undertake further training and development. He was schooled at Harrow.
