The human body is a delicate system that performs best when in balance. When this balance is disrupted, we experience symptoms of disease. Neda strives to uncover the root cause of any condition and integrates acupuncture, herbs, nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and yoga to restore the body’s balance. She loves to see her patients regain their health and vitality.

Neda’s interest in medicine began at a young age. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Public Health from UC Berkeley. With a vision of attending medical school, she gained experience while working as a medical assistant and clinic coordinator at Mar Monte Community Clinic in San Jose. There she discovered areas in which western medical practices were unable to provide long-lasting solutions for patients. This led her to pursue further education in traditional healing methods.

Four years later, Neda graduated from Five Branches University with a Master in Traditional Chinese Medicine. While in school, she traveled to China for additional training in Internal Medicine at Zhejiang University. She also completed her Yoga Teacher Training and began teaching yoga, meditation, and qi gong classes that emphasize balancing the mind, body, and spirit.

Furthermore, Neda is trained as a Crisis Talkline Counselor. She excels at comforting, supporting, and giving strength to patients during challenging times. She is fluent in Farsi and Spanish and hopes to make acupuncture accessible and available to as many people as possible.
