Ned Fasullo

Ned Fasullo is born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and has been involved in the sales and marketing of technology and telecommunications since 1995/1996. Prior to 1995 he served as the District Manager for Blockbuster Video during its acquisition of Alfalfa Video Stores and assisted with the assimilation of 4 local stores in the Baton Rouge market.

In 1995 he and his wife moved to Pensacola, Florida and after 3 months in his first job selling white-box PC’s while living briefly in Pensacola, Florida, he worked with one of his first clients in concept and deployment of what is widely credited as the first official “internet café” in the State of Florida in early 1996. Returning back to Baton Rouge in 1996 he transitioned into the world of telecommunications, working for a local Lucent Technologies dealer, then transitioning into wireless communications after being recruited by NetWireless, Inc. At the time, NetWireless was the nation’s largest independent partner for Nextel Communications and Ned was instrumental in the launch of the New Orleans and Baton Rouge markets for the Nextel product and technology. Soon after this he was again recruited by a national BLEC carrier, Teligent Inc., and assisted their sales and marketing team with the launch of their wireless telecommunications services in the New Orleans and Baton Rouge markets. Leaving Teligent in 1999 he began working for Transformyx.

During the period of 1999 to 2003 he helped to re-mold the DynaSite CMS system into a fully private labeled product and working directly with CEO Claude Bethea, put the product into the white label market with multiple hosting companies and telecommunications firms with national footprints, as well as Australia’s largest internet service provider. Before leaving Transformyx on December 31, 2005, he had created an entire sales and marketing program as well as enhanced the existing client training programs for the DynaSite and Marcom products created by Transformyx, and had personally sold and managed over 400+ clients for web and interactive marketing projects.

In January 2006, Ned became the VP of Sales & Marketing for Houston-based Truistic Solutions, widely recognized as one of the Gulf South area’s first true managed IT service providers. Ned is credited with building the Louisiana market from $0 annually to $1.1 million in annual sales between 2006 and summer of 2008. In 2008, Ned acquired the assets of Truistic Solutions
