Biologist | PhD Candidate in Nutrition & Pathology at Djillali Liabes University
I am a Biologist, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Food Nutrition and Pathology, and a Master's degree in Biochemistry of Nutrition, both from Djillali LIABES University of Sidi Bél Abbes, Algeria.
I have taught as a part-time lecturer (Teaching Assistant) at the National Institute of Higher Paramedical Training in Oran the following modules : General Biochemistry, Foods study, Infant nutrition and dietetics.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Nutrition and Pathology at Djillali Liabes University. My research focuses on: Exploring the impact of micronutrients on the development of cardiovascular diseases among type 2 diabetic patients, obese patients and patients with high blood pressure.
In addition to my doctoral research, I also teach tutorials in Enzymology, Gastrointestinal Physiology, and Food quality management, at Djillali LIABES University of Sidi Bél Abbés, Algeria.
I am also passionate and interested about nutrigenetics, immunonutrition, and how nutritional interventions can modulate disease progression and improve patient health.
