Receptionist/Customer Service Specialist/ Writer:
I am a lover of words and want to share my abilities with an appreciative employer. I am a recently published poet but I can, and do, write anything from blog posts, reviews of movies or books, short stories, novels, and or other kinds of prose. I have recently competed, and won, National Novel Writing Month. I bring an eloquent style of understanding and depth to the things that I write.
I am a self-motivated, optimistic and innovative Customer Service oriented worker with over six years of service experience in the south and east end of the San Francisco Bay Area. I greatly enjoy working in a fast paced, professional environments especially promptly meeting executive deadlines. I have been studying English and creative writing for four years and I am a published poet. I have recently completed the National Novel Writing Month competition last month, where in I had to write a novel of 50,000 words in four weeks.
I am an excellent public speaker and harbor the capabilities to develop, build, and maintain long term relationships with customers. I am very comfortable assisting people, especially on the phone, and I pride myself in being cheerful, helpful, and encouraging to the people I come in contact with.
Technical skills:
Typing speed of 60WPM, Microsoft office products, data entry, and organizing complex filing systems.
