I'm the old soul whose record player is always blasting hits from the King. The daughter of an Indian father and American mother, I’m the woman whose intimate position on the threshold of two cultures gives me respect for the things which make us distinct and for the common experiences that unite us. I’m the student who sits on the front row of every class, eager to learn, contribute, and ask my many questions. I’m the yearbook veteran who finds a certain thrill in seizing a red pen, with an eye for the details that will take any project to the next level. I’m the employee with the equally analytical and creative mind who takes the initiative and invests the time to hunt for improvement opportunities. I’m the woman who, as an 8 year-old, took her lemonade stand very seriously and ran a neighborhood nonprofit out of—where else?—the garage. I’m the teammate taking mental notes to ensure everyone is at the table and has had a chance to share their voice.
