Psychology of influence has always fascinated me. The simple thought that words put in the right way can actually take firms from bankruptcy to high performing organizations is mind blowing to me.

I believe right messaging can influence and change.I want to create those messages and make a positive difference in any team I am added to.

That explains why I left my well paid Engineering job to pursue my passion in the science of positive influence.

My biggest dream in life - To write a book that will represent an idea. An idea that will add significant value to the reader. I am collecting varied human experiences for this purpose. Everybody has a story and that story has a seed of value share hidden in it. Don't be surprised if I sound excited when you are sharing your story with me - I genuinely care.

My Cross Cultural Experiences in USA

I am a strong proponent of Global citizenship - a world beyond borders (Yes - I am guilty of being a hopeless idealist). My cross cultural experiences has rendered me the ability to see the person for who he/she is, irrespective of their nationality, gender, race, skin colour, age or rank. I have come to realize that in the end, we are all just a group of basic human beings with more similarities amongst us than differences.
