Neetika Suryawanshi (Neetika Dewan) is a well recognized name in the banking and corporate industry, with the educational degree of a Chartered Accountant and an experience of 13 years behind her, making her an expert in her field. Neetika took a B.Com (Hons) degree from Delhi University in 2001 and then completed her Chartered Accountant degree in late 2002, after which she started her career in the professional world. Apart from that, she is also working as a Cretaive Support at SRISOL group.

Neetika Suryawanshi Srisol started by polishing her professional skills during her articleship period, during which she handled responsibilities such as preparing the balance sheets, fining tax returns and performing audits for the clients. After this, Neetika Dewan took up a job with IndusInd Bank, New Delhi in 2003, followed by Infosys Ltd for Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Bank of America and Evalueserve.com Ltd. During these 6 years, she performed a myriad of banking functions including risk assessment, credit evaluation, project evaluation and appraisals for multinational companies seeking short term and long term loans.

Along the way, she has worked for clients in various geographical areas and from diverse industries, including foods and beverages, petroleum, tobacco, equipment manufacturing, etc. She started off as an assistant manager and gradually climbed the steps of hierarchy to reach the prestigious position of the Assistant Vice President. Her experience as a team leader has given Neetika Srisol (Neetika Dewan Srisol) an extensive skill in handling manpower, in addition to her expertise in financial and credit management field.

The next major step in her career came in 2010, when she started off her entrepreneurial role as the director of the company called Krezon, which provides its expert consultancy services to small as well as medium scale enterprises, so that they are able to register phenomenal growth. Neetika Dewan Srisol is holding the position till date and steering her company to the pinnacle of success with her experience and expertise.
