I am a Management graduate with over two decades of experience in guiding individuals toward holistic growth, I bring together the disciplines of financial planning, wellness, and community service into one purposeful journey.

For the past 20 years, I have been actively involved in teaching and practicing yoga, helping people of all age groups cultivate balanced, healthy lifestyles rooted in both physical well-being and spiritual awareness. My approach integrates practical discipline with inner development, enabling individuals to achieve harmony in their personal and professional lives.

Alongside my work in wellness, I serve as a Financial Advisor with Reliable Nepal Life Insurance, assisting individuals and families in securing their futures through strategic life insurance planning. I work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and design tailored solutions that provide protection, stability, and long-term growth.

Beyond my professional commitments, I remain actively engaged in community service. Whenever there is a need, I step forward as a volunteer, contributing my time, skills, and energy to initiatives that uplift and support the community.
