Based out of Mumbai (Bombay), over the last 20+ years, I’ve worked across executive search, talent acquisition, employer branding, compensation benchmarking and best practices — partnering with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams across India, APAC, the Middle East, and Europe across 30 industries & 40+ functional areas.
Currently, I lead search & selection delivery at HR Interface Recruitment Consulting and North Star Executive Search - its CXO Hiring practice for Market Leader clients, where I lead a team of 15+ consultants at the intersection of leadership hiring, mid to senior level recruiting and strategic talent advisory.
Having built and scaled talent acquisition functions at companies like Housing.com, Media.net, and dentsu during high-growth phases, I’ve learnt that great hiring is about staying agile & business focused without losing sight of people, culture, and the long-term fit.
