Neha Rathi is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India. She has been practicing in the Supreme Court for over a decade on issues involving service law, constitutional law, public interest, environment, criminal and civil laws. She did her Masters in Law from London School of Economics and LLB from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. She was appointed Advocate-on-Record by the Supreme Court in 2018.
