Neha Rathi is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India. She has been practicing in the Supreme Court for over a decade on issues involving the service law, constitutional law, public interest, environment, gender justice, criminal and civil laws. She did her Masters in Law from London School of Economics and LLB from Delhi University. She was appointed Advocate-on-Record by the Supreme Court in 2018.
