When it comes to building businesses, I am an expert with over 15 years of experience. I was the Vice President of Video Strategy and Operations at FANDOM where I led content for the burgeoning entertainment and gaming site, then made an exit. I formerly managed strategic partnerships with the top 1% of creators at YouTube Gaming and prior to that, was the Head of Video at CBS Interactive Games (GameSpot) where I led content strategy and managed a 30+ person global team. Other past conquests include IGN, IPL, Justin.tv, Revision3, CNET and TechTV.

Now, I run Version Consulting where I make my clients business strategy + operations bulletproof. I am proud to support women and gender diverse founders, non-profits, and businesses of any size that may need fractional executive-level support through times of scaling and/or refocusing.

I love web video, film, television, gaming, music -- I am a media nut! When I'm not looking at a screen, I enjoy lifting weights, running, meditation, baking, crafts, listening to LPs, reading, drinking tea, and interior decorating. Above all, I love spending time with my partner and two young children.
