FAMILY: Casey and I met and married in college, and remain deeply in love. Our hearts are full with 3 beautiful children. We love morning coffee on the deck, reading, traveling, hiking the Smokies, Taco Tuesdays, and family movie nights.

Leaders lead. They pour themselves into others. But who is pouring into them? Having served 20+ years in Christian ministry (last 10 as a Senior/Lead Pastor in Southern CA), I understand the expectations and pressures that pastors and leaders face. I know what it's like to invest in others, while often quietly enduring your own stress, anxiety, and fatigue. And I also know how rare it is when someone enters my life who listens deeply, speaks wisely, and relentlessly encourages. That's what I aim to be for pastors, business/non-profit leaders, and their teams/boards.
