NEIL BACANI VARGAS (Born, Neil Bacani Nocom) is an art enthusiast and a contemporary literary artist. He is a pioneer collaborator on UnARThodox Alternative Arts Exhibition Label. He finished Bachelor Elementary Education at Holy Angel University, and is currently undergo with his masteral degree of Educational Management at Pampanga Agricultural College, wherein he already acquired thirty six (36) units.
Neil Bacani Vargas is active in literary arts early 2000s and still writes poetry, flash fictions and lyrics. He became a staff of The Nexus, The Official Publication of College of Arts and Sciences of Holy Angel University.
He is currently an elementary teacher at Pila Elementary School, Duquit, Mabalacat City, Pampanga, Philippines.
