Neil Castaldi has over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Neil Castaldi is now the General Manager for the Nottoway Plantation, an expansive property between New Orleans and Baton Rouge that features full resort amenities for overnight guests and dining and entertainment options for day guests. It is also an excellent wedding and special events venue.

Neil Castaldi has created many opportunities for the company he works for, Nottoway Plantation, to expand and draw more people. He presided over a $35 million renovation project to help draw more tourists and locals to the historic mansion and surrounding property, both for overnight guests at the resort, and for day guests to the grounds.
