Hey, I’m Neil. I’m a project manager living in Tampa, FL. I am a fan of history, entrepreneurship, and the outdoors. I’m also interested in volunteering, community outreach and financial literacy.

I have a passion for helping other better understand their finances. I produce a weekly journal that covers personal finances, real estate, and economics. These posts are easy to understand, free to access and simple to implement into your daily life.

In 2021 I founded Gallagher Finacial Services in the hopes of bringing professional financial counseling within everybody's reach. We specialize in low income, and single-family homes. It is our firm belief that no one should be deprived help based on their economic status.

I am a lifelong volunteer and to date have completed over 2500 hours with various community organizations. I have a preference for youth development and veteran causes. I have been an active member of the Marine Corps Toys for Tots Program since 2015.
