Neill Sullivan

Neill Sullivan is the founder and president of Sullivan Management Company (SMC) and REO Homes in Oakland, California. SMC offers quality rentals in Oakland, Emeryville, and Berkeley, with many current and upcoming openings. The company continually seeks ways to improve tenant relationships and most recently introduced multiple online rent payments, so that each roommate can pay his or her portion of the rent independently. Meanwhile, as the founder of REO Homes, Neill Sullivan restores homes in the Oakland area, employing mainly local residents and hiring only local contractors.

In addition to managing properties and restoring homes, Neill Sullivan is actively involved in his community and charitable giving. On behalf of SMC, he contributed $10,000 toward a $32,000 fundraiser at Prescott Elementary School in West Oakland, and he has made possible the planting of hundreds of trees throughout the community. Trees have been proven to reduce violence as well as physical and mental ailments, including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and chronic illness.
