Neil Wolfe Barnett

A building science and management alumnus of Cape Peninsula University of Technology in Cape Town, South Africa, Neil Wolfe Barnett began his career as a lead site engineer at Gilles Mason in South Africa . Here, he oversaw steel embed materials purchasing and concrete casting for the southern hemisphere's largest continuous cast plate and rod mill.
In 1980, Neil Wolfe Barnett relocated to the United States and served as president of Barron Incorporated, through which he developed more than 100 single-family homes and developed houses in the Chatham Village and further purchased land for the development of the Deane Court subdivision additionally he invested in the Northshore-Woods apartment complex.which comprised of 200 apartments
From there, Neil Barnett moved to Atlanta, Georgia, and began working as a senior project manager at Intersouth Properties. He later worked in similar capacities at Jolly Development and Fuel Source. With the latter, he oversaw gas station development and initiated a design that helped drive gas and interior sales.
He has since served nine years as a senior project manager at ASI and most recently worked as a senior project manager in the steel and commercial structural division at Porter Steel. In this role, Mr. Barnett oversaw all project management aspects while ensuring proper resource allocation and adhering to budgets.
