Neinstein & Associates

Featuring a staff of 13 highly qualified lawyers, Neinstein and Associates has been serving the greater Toronto area for well over four decades. The boutique law firm was founded by Queen’s Counsel (QC) member Gary Neinstein to advocate for the rights of personal injury victims and obtain sizable reparations on their behalf. Cases handled by Neinstein & Associates include car accident claims, product liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death litigation. The firm also represents clients who seek long-term disability benefits and chronic disability compensation.

Outside of the law office and courtroom, Neinstein & Associates gives back to the community through its ongoing support of a number of regional hospitals, including St. Michael’s Hospital, the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, and the Westpark Health Centre. The practice also makes regular contributions to fund medical research and chronic disease treatment as an affiliate of Toronto Rehab, the Sick Kids Foundation, and Autism Speaks Canada.
