Neisan Massarrat is an international strategy consultant at SecondMuse. His work has centered around the implementation of public-private initiatives, international cooperation on transparency issues and the use of technology for civic engagement. In the private sector, Neisan has worked in the expansion of corporate social responsibility best practices and supply chain improvement in the developing world.
At SecondMuse, he leads collaborative projects for clients such as the World Bank, Intel and NASA. Neisan is a core contributor to SecondMuse's open data initiatives National Day of Civic Hacking, International Space Apps Challenge and Random Hacks of Kindness. He is also the co-founder of Barcamp Beijing, a community of technologists and designers in Beijing. Neisan started his career as an entrepreneur and is fluent in Chinese, German and Spanish.
