My interests aligns more with my career choice which is becoming an educator, i believe that education should nurture someone intellectually, socially, emotionally even spiritually. Therefore, in reflection to my own teaching, i try to enforce being respectful, collaborative and engaging which is grounded in the conviction that learners learn best when they feel heard, understood and respected. Choosing this career path means my role shifts between being a facilitator and a co-learner amongst my learners. I strive to create an environment that is safe and inclusive where curiosity and creativity are encouraged both in and outside of the classroom. Teaching for me is a lifelong journey of growth, motivated by the knowledge that even small differences in my learner's lives matter.
