Certified Event Professional in Africa
Nelly Paulser is a certified event professional based in Southern Africa, with experience delivering conferences, exhibitions, and corporate activations with focus on branding and brand visibility.
As Co-founder of Graphic House Zim, she has over 6 years in the exhibitions and MICE industry and more than 15 years of entrepreneurial and accounting experience, she brings a practical understanding of both the operational and business sides of events. Her work focuses on exhibition operations, experiential branding, and structured event delivery that supports organisers, exhibitors, and brands in creating well-executed and engaging event environments.
Nelly has coordinated more than 50 events, ranging from corporate activations and conferences hosting over 700 delegates to exhibitions serving thousands of attendees. Her areas of focus include exhibition build coordination, supplier management, branding integration, and ensuring events meet safety and operational compliance standards.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, certifications in Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Tourism Destination Management, and the Certified Event Professional Africa designation (CEPA issued by SACIA). She is currently pursuing the globally recognised Certification in Exhibition Management®️️ (CEM).
Beyond her professional work, Nelly is passionate about mentorship and entrepreneurship development across Africa. She actively contributes to initiatives that support youth, entrepreneurs, and professionals within the creative and events industries.
Her long-term goal is to continue growing within the exhibitions and events industry while contributing to stronger exhibition operations, improved exhibitor experiences, and well-structured delivery of exhibitions and events.
