Co-Founder, Exhibition Coordinator, and Event Designer in Africa
Nelly Paulser is an enthusiastic Exhibition & Events Coordinator with over 12years of experience as an entrepreneur and over 5 years of experience in the Exhibition & Events Industry. She is the Co-founder of a Multi-Award Winning Graphic design, Print ,Branding & Events company called Graphic House Zim.
She is also the Founder of Lerato Trust which is focused on giving Teens and Youths mentorship and exposure to the world of Entrepreneurship, MICE Industry & Mental Health Awareness. Nelly is the Convenor of the first ever Kidpreneur Conference in Zimbabwe.
She is an academic with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, but she also believes in continuous self-development, so besides having several certifications in Entrepreneurship, she is currently pursuing CEM Certification with the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (USA), which is the highest qualification in the MICE industry. She is concurrently studying the Sustainable Tourism Destination Management Program with Cornell University (USA) in partnership with UN Tourism. She is also a member of the Institute of Events Professionals in Zimbabwe.
Her vast experience in Entrepreneurship and industry (MICE and STEM) has afforded her opportunities to serve on the League of Pros (RSA) Advisory Board as Vice Secretary General. She serves on the Entrepreneurship & Business Strategy Council for the World Leaders Consortium. In her role in the WLC she brings a wealth of experience as an ARYI Strategic Partner currently working on the W50 Global Summit. She also serves on the US Alumni Exchange Association Board as the Marketing & Communications Director.
During her free time she is a Mentor for several organisations and a Youth Pastor for JTM Prayer Centre mentoring both the Youth and Young Adults. She is a Judge for the prestigious Africa's Business Heroes- A Jack Ma Foundation's flagship philanthropic program in Africa for entrepreneurs.
Nelly has been awarded multiple Entrepreneurship Awards for her work In the STEM field and as a Leader in Africa including an award of 100 Most Influential Persons in Africa by The Business Executive Ghana in 2024. She is also a Grant award recipient of the Tony Elumelu Foundation of 2021.
