Nelson Dcruz

Well born and brought up in the southern parts and ghats of India (Nilgiris), my parents gave me a good education in an International School, and that till day has helped me to survive and communicate in this world of people, job & Industries. Perused my Diploma in ECE started working from 1992 with small jobs based on IT and Marketing, for almost 12 years into it, later moved to Bangalore in the year 2003 and started my IT Job Revolution by joining the BPO Industry, joined VITEOS as a Telemarketing for WallMart Gift cards, later moved to AOL as a CSR and TSR grew along with the changes of AOL and support & publishing engineer, though the title and organization remained same, worked with different projects and learnt a great deal of work and process in the Industry. Its now been 8 years with the company and moving along with new projects and ventures. Its not always been work, my part of my life was social work and got the great oppertuntiy in AOL through the CSR team, with no looking back and nothing needed just worked and worked and still working and volunteering for all CSR programs, also was awarded the Blue Monster in the Community Service and got the chance to meet the great leaders and CEO of AOL Tim and get the award from the man him self. It was also my first International Trip to New York. I cherish every moment and work in my Company and will do so for ever where ever I go. I always want to make a difference in work and my surrounding and the envoirnments when I get a chance. Finally my family, being the only Son and my parents been all way of my life up and down still with me, while I have my own life with a sweet wife and two gems of my life a Son and a Daughter to make a small complete family. Always a god fearing person and appreciate all the good creations and way of life. Pray for one and all in this world that let them be blessed and fullfill the duties for the reason born here. Also to mention I have had the best friends and times with them, not to mention also some worst times and learn t some good lessons. No body is perfect. I wish and look to move along and set my life and support for my future and children. Also as long as am there make some sense in what ever I do and be there for. Also love to have fun, and have some quality time for myself sometimes.
