My cross-functional roles with tech startups and social impact ventures focus on areas including customer success, account management, partnerships, and strategy. I usually bridge any gaps between a customer or stakeholder's expectations and my team's priorities.
Outside of any "day job" (whatever that is), I research the innovation economy, emerging markets, and related ethical challenges. Some of the ways I share my findings is through writing, presenting, and facilitating programming.
