Jim Neslon born in Anchorage, Alaska. grew up in an Army family in California, and Jim father Leo A Nelson . Sr. and brother Leo A Albert. Nelson Jr. were both Major Generals in the United States Army, . I lost my wife Agnes Nelson march 15 2011 in a ghastly motor Fire accident, Jim a single father of a lovely son , honest caring and loving man.

Jim Nelson attended The University Of Akron Dmetmarine Engineering Research Institute and then Jesuit High School California, and graduated with master degree. I attended the National Society of U.S Marine Engineering Academy where i Rose To The Rank Of Chief Engineer, The Highest Position i was A Basketball player And i Decided To Follow my Brother To West Point To Study To Become Sailor. At West Point, An appointment That Brought much public visibility At An early age in life
