Maltese by birth studied at the institute for tourism studies in Malta after a hard 5-year study I have decided to go and work abroad for further development in the kitchen. I travelled and work in such different continents from Australia to South Africa, had the opportunity to work in 1 of the best hotels of the world and also worked in Paris.
I love listen to good music and artist my favorites artists include Mr. Carl Cox, Laurent garnier, John digweed also I like to keep an eye on new talents.
